From the Rector . . . . .
I hope that this will help you to know a little about us and assure you of a warm welcome at any of our services.
The Parish church, which has stood here for over a thousand years, is a powerful reminder to us of the constant love and presence of God. The Christian Church is open to all and if you would like to join us or know more about Christianity (or have ideas about how we can express God's love in practical ways), please get in touch with myself or one of the other clergy whose names are on our Home Page.
Our aim is to provide opportunities for people of every age to feel part of the life of the Church here and deepen their relationship with God. Details of the monthly pattern of services for St Peter & St Paul are below, together with information about various groups. Go to St Mark's Church and Community Centre for details of services in our other place of worship.
We are here to assure people that, in God's eyes, each one of us is important; that God has shown us His perfect love; and that He calls us to share in the task of building communities based on love and forgiveness.
May God bless you,
John Ashe
